Section I:
TITLE
The Texas Aryan Brothers is an independent organization of, by and for the Aryan Brothers of Texas. It is not affiliated with any other group or organization. Our Organization is a White Supremacy group; no pretense is or will be made to the contrary.
Section II:
SOLIDARITY
1. The Texas Aryan Brothers are solidarity (Brotherhood) among its members. Solidarity is our backbone; nothing is paramount to the Organization.
2. Each member is a mirror of his Brother. Your actions reflect on all Brothers, and breach of the Brotherhood is a serious matter which will be handled as such.
3. Those Brothers chosen for the Organization are life term members; death being the only termination of membership.
4. Upon release from the Texas Department of Corrections a member will contact an incarcerated member to notify the Organization of his place of residence. The member notified will contact a member of the Steering Committee who will take note of the place of residence.
5. Upon release from the Texas Department of Corrections a member will also contact a freeworld member and, after taking note of each other’s place of residence, will always maintain regular contact with each other.
6. Newly released members will have a six (6) month grace period after he is released from the Texas Department of Corrections or halfway house. The grace period will be used to readjust to the freeworld. After the six (6) month grace period the Brother will establish and maintain regular contact with incarcerated members by whatever means are possible. Incarcerated members for contact will be selected by the Steering Committee or by a Committee Member.
7. All incarcerated and freeworld members will give each other full support, and will follow their designated chains of command regardless of their place of residence.

Розділ I:
НАЗВА
Техаське Арійське Братство (Texas Aryan Brotherhood) є незалежною організацією, створеною Арійськими Братами Техасу і для них. Вона не пов’язана з жодною іншою групою чи організацією. Наша організація є групою переваги білої раси; жодних претензій на протилежне не робиться і не буде зроблено.
Розділ II:
СОЛІДАРНІСТЬ
1. Техаські Арійські Брати – це солідарність (Братство) між своїми членами. Солідарність є нашим хребтом; ніщо не має першорядного значення для Організації.
2. Кожен член є дзеркалом свого Брата. Твої дії відображаються на всіх Братах, і порушення Братства є серйозною справою, яка буде розглядатися як така.
3. Брати, обрані до Організації, є довічними членами; смерть є єдиною причиною припинення членства.
4. Після звільнення з the Texas Department of Corrections член Братства зв’язується з ув’язненим членом Братства, щоб повідомити Організацію про його місце проживання. Член Організації, який отримав повідомлення, зв’яжеться з членом Керівного Комітету, який візьме до відома місце проживання.
5. Після звільнення з the Texas Department of Corrections член Організації також зв’яжеться з членом Організації, який перебуває на волі, і після того, як вони візьмуть до відома місце проживання один одного, вони завжди будуть підтримувати регулярний контакт один з одним.
6. Нещодавно звільнені члени матимуть пільговий період у шість (6) місяців після звільнення з the Texas Department of Corrections або будинку на півдорозі. Цей пільговий період буде використаний для того, щоб пристосуватися до життя на волі. Після закінчення шести (6) місяців пільгового періоду Брат встановлює і підтримує регулярний контакт з ув’язненими членами будь-якими можливими засобами. 7. Всі ув’язнені та члени Братства, які перебувають на волі, надаватимуть один одному повну підтримку та дотримуватимуться визначеної субординації, незалежно від місця проживання.
